Not yet man...Maybe when the summer starts and I get a better tan and lose some of my "hardcore bulk" stomach fat...

Oh my! my hamstring is shot...I should've stretched really good before I did my squats....

Thanks bro...I will need some miracle now. I just killed my hamstring trying to squat 3 times my body weight...boy was I ever so wrong..I think water intake had a lot to do with it...didn't drink enough..

I wouldnt dream of squatting 3 times my body weight....I don't think I can even squat twice my body weight let alone 3. Take it easy brother.......

I'm not as insane as VPLayer but close...

yes I did learn 3 things: stretch and I mean STRETCH, water intake BUMP IT UP! and have a spotter

I massaged my hams today and felt a little better: thanks to human ingenuity massager with heat...awesome stuff.

Gotta get ready for tomorrow's back workout with a bunch of compound lifts; I hope the hams are up for it...PLEASE no injuries

Today was supposed to be my back day: I wussed out.
My hamstring was flaring up way too much so I cheated and shuffled everything around.I did chest exercises instead. I think I will just let the hams get more rest.
I am finding more and more that the endurance reps is quite a monstrous idea. I feel stronger and am able to lift quite a bit more than when I first implemented it.
my exercises today:
Flat Bench:
225X3X20
Incline
225X3X20
Narrow Grip Bench
185X3X20
Incline DB Press
70X20
75X20
80X20

Felt pretty pumped: it should carry me through the day

Yep, it is official...you are much stronger than me...At least it is good motivation for me to push myself...

Well that's not saying much cause I have no clue what you can do. So I will take that as a compliment..

Yes, it is a motivation: when somebody sees someone lifting and lifting consistently and then shows great results; atleast it is for me. When I was nearing 230 and looking a bit bloated (through my eyes anyway) I felt really awkward. can you just imagine at 5'8" 230? yeah, pretty funny looking balloon guy.

It's good to always hear your thoughts Traz..I know one of these days you will post an AVATAR that is ripped and shredded like ahnold and all of us will just have to post an avatar that shows us bowing down with a caption that says " We are not worthy"

I am working on it bro...Still too skinny...And my lifts pale in comparison to most on this board...But at least I am willing to admit it!
