Default Glockwork3 Cutting/bulking/weight loss...

Hmm first of all let me give you some background info, My birthday was October 27th and turned 16 10/27/05, i used to go to the pool all the time 2 years ago, everyone in my grade practically just chilled up there and i was a little overweight but i looked ok. But last year when everyone wanted to go again during the summer i didnt go 1 ime yes not once. it was because i was fat, i got really big because i hurt my knee and stopped doing sports, and cardio whatso ever i started eating everythign iw anted tooif it looked good i ate it, whenever my mom brought home sweets they were gone in like 2 days minimum, constanly eating enver lifting or cardio or watching my food/diet. So i just actually started getting serious about turning my body around in a complete 180, so as of Christmas 2005 i started lifting and i was around 200 pounds 2005 summer, but christmas is when i started to lift.... Still no cardio and dieting, i try eating way less food, not anorexia, but very less intake than i used to maybe 2 small meals a day. maybe 3... It didnt work i started to over eat on the weekends cuz iw as sooo hungry from not eating i dotn reccomeend it.so back too christmas 2005, i started a benching program w/ my friend im just now finishing it. back when i started i could barely do 175 on bench 1 rep max. Im now up to 205. So just a week and a half ago i started HIIT and im loving it, im seeing great results. I currently weight 178 and i look less than that, except in my stomach, (my gut) it seems as though my "man boobs" have gone way down, as have my "love handles" those seem to be wher ei gain it the most and lose it the most, next is my gut that has already somewhat gone down. My goal as of now is to look Cut and not have to be shy to go swimming b/c of my selfconciousness and being fat. I think im well on my way i just felt like i needed to let sum people know so i kno someone who is giving me encouragement, my friends kinda give me a hard time, but that just drives me too get stronnger and elaner. So i sould say that my body fat right now is about 14-16 im nott exactly sure.

i just started doing HIIT in the mornings now so this is what my NEW day will look like

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
wake up at 6:00 HIIT for about 10 minutes ( i push my self 100% on the sprints ) get back home at around 6:15 *i do hiit in the park and its right behind my house.*
Shower 6:25
6:40 get ready for school/play on computer
7:10 Protein shake ON 100% Whey with milk and a granola bar
7:30-get to school, school starts 8:20-school-12:15 Lunch (school lunches are usually terrible for you, but i try to stick to like pretzels, skim milk "if i dont ahve my water bottle which i usually do. (skim with a cereal cup they sell here)*im in HS* a sandwhich (they dont have wheat bread) usually an orange
3:34 school ends
4:00 Lifting at school, all upper body, rarely legs due to knee injury.
5:00 leave get home at
5:05 Protein shake with WATER
6:00 whatever my mom makes for dinner its usually beef or chicken a good meal
7:00-10:00 whatever i feel like doing usually halo 2 lol, maybe a cheese stick to snack on or a low fat 60 calorie jello pudding.
11:00 protein shake with milk
12:00 im usually asleep by 12:00

Tuesday, thurs, *SATURDAY sometimes*
6:00 tues thursday wake up -around-8:00 saturday wake up
HIIT for 10 minutes
ON 100% whey protein with milk
school-lunch same as above*
lifting after school,
home -100% on whey protein with WATER
7-10 whatever i do... 11:00 Protein shake w/ milk
12:-00 bed.

saturday if i do lifting at all maybe a quick 3x10 on bench,
maybe some legs saturday if any day is my leg day but i rarely do it cuz my injury...

How bad is your knee? I mean if your sprinting...
I guess if its really that bad, but id still do light leg work. The way to get your knee better is to work it and build up muscle around it to make it stronger. But totally negating leg work is going to make you very oddly porportioned. I just think you should incorporate some. It could help your knee too.

aigh thanks, today i have to lift since its weds, ill do some leg lifts, idk what they are called, but ill do some, maybe light squating... ill let you know when i get home and get that protein in me, its 5th hour right now i have 2 more to go til i lift!! i want to hit the weights hard today!!

oh yeah EDIT by the way for lunch today i had a ham and cheese pita, a small club sandwich, it was white bread (pretty much a hamburger bun) a 2 pieces of ham and 1 piece of turkey, cheese, lettuce and light mayonaise. Bottle of water, and an orange.

After my workout tonight *wednesday* i finally did LIGHT weight lifts
2x10 squat, didnt do my third cuz my ride was leaving..
3x10 leg extensions
my benching program..
2x10 butterflys
3x10, not sure what it is called but you put one knee on a bench, and place the other on the floor, then lean over the bench and used dumbells and "pick them up" causing your elbow to go into a 90 degree angle... not sure of the name but it works your triceps.
3x10 lat pull down
3x10 curls
2x10 concentration curls

i then got home about 20 minutes later and took my Protein shake with water

i then ate an apple with low fat vanilla yogurt, a cheese stick, then some fruit snacks i was craving them.. i then fell asleep due to the tiredness of my workout... later tonight, i will have my protein shake with milk and blended icecubes... then tomorrow up at 6, and ill post after i get done doing hiit to let you know whats going on! ill keep ya updated wish me luck

well today thursday* i didnt get up at 6 to go do HIIT im kinda mad but i woke up at 4 at night and didnt get back to sleep til 5 and i didnt think it would be good for me to get like 4 hours of sleep then go to school... should i do HIIT after school? i kno its not as effective any advice??
also heres my food
Breakfast-2 packets of Cinnamon flavored Oatmeal 360 calories
lunch, 1 bag of sun chips, an orange, and 12 mini corndogs 2 servings "according to school" each serving has 6 mini corndogs..
ill update later for the rest of my day

Hey Glock whats up brother. I dont know but the exercise youre talking about......if im mistaken, it's called a "Dumbell Row" but it doesnt work out your triceps.....if its the one im talking about...i believe it works out your back muscles.

If so...I used to hate those..I did them for about 4 workouts and I stopped because everytime I would pull the weight up, it felt like my shoulder was cracking...I would hear the crack too and it bothered the hell out of me. I didnt feel like I was working anything out anyways.

Just my 2 cents.

yeah thats them... am i not supposed to be feeling those in my triceps? and yeah i was wondering why my back was somewhat sore, i thought i was doing them wrong. Thanks for readin all this Dannyboy.. ill keep you guys updated! 1 more hour left of school im in 6th right now and i have to go to 7th in about 40 minutes!

so i got done doing my HIIT for about 9 minutes, 30 sec jog, 30 sec sprint intervals. i got done about 30 minutes ago. took a shower, and in about 15 minutes im going to go make my protein shake (its a lifting day) then eat a granola bar then off to school. I'll update you after lunch because we get to use the computers in social studies haha. Thanks guys!

so its 6th hour again, 1 more hour 2 go til my lifts after school. For lunch i had
-2 quesadillas they are like the size of a pizza?

so after school ill lift, get home then have a protein shake, then go out for the weekend ill u-date l8r

lol naw man. thats for your back man. be careful with little things like that. that type of stuff can really hinder your progress. take it easy brother.
