This wont be something i write in every day but i do plan on keeping at least weekly progress updates in here. I was starting from 177lbs at 17%bf. Im already down to 171 and about 14% as of 2/20/06. I took these pictures today (sunday the 26th) and i will weigh in and measure myself in the morning. I weigh in and measure every monday morning. My goal is to loose my love handles and to have a clearly defined 6-pack and if possible an 8-pack. I believe i will have to drop down to about 160 at around 7%. My goal is to do this by the middle-end of april. So far i am basing my BF% on an electric impedence scale and will continue to use it but i will also be using www.mybodycomp.com or www.thefitnesshub.com to have 2 measurements to compare and get a more accurate measurement.

I like your dedication and spirit but loosing BF is not as easy. Getting down to 12-14% is not that hard, but under 10% is somewhat difficult. Be patient

As long as your body keeps motoring and burn fat it will be ok, but if you starve yourself and your body puts on the breaks is all over. it could be done though
