Default Marathon

i am looking to train to run a marathon and am looking for anyone that has done it before. i was wondering if there are any supplements i should be taking that will help out and i am doing it as a way to drop my body fat % down is this a good idea?

Well to start up a maraton without preparing is quite a bad idea, I mean the guy died ^^. But after you think you're ready, sure it will help to take some supplements as for example creatine, or anything more powerfull.

I am training for a marathon. No supplements for that. Creatine is good for anaerobic not aerobic excercise. I am taking it tho for weight lifting and whey to get my requisite 150g/day.

Check out Jeff Galloways book to prepare. Good luck!
