final xpand update

Well i loved the stuff, my strength went through the f-ing roof, my arms grew half an inch, and i had personal bests in everything. i will definetly buy this product again, along with 6-oxo. MOney

how often did u take the Xpand and how much? i'm taking it as teh label says to, and i haven't noticed anything besides being jittery.

How long ago did you finish your tub? I found that while on Xpand I always had a bit of a pump. When I did go off of it I did lose some of that size. Its not a bad supplement but it is overpriced. I was planning to go back to creatine mono but I got my last 2 tubs of Xpand at cost.

I always followed the label.. 2 scoops on workout days and 1 on rest days.
