Anyways i got like maybe a week left on my cycle of xpand and my strength has gone through the roof.....like all time bests for me and ive been lifting on and off for like 3 years. but before i started my cycle of xpand i was struggling with 75lb DB's on flat bench.... today i started with the 80lb db's and did those like 12 times, then 90's 8 times so i thought i would try the 100lb db's and and i pushed them out 6 times, i was pumped, but too exhausted to go any higher.My tri's have gotten way stronger too....everything has it has been awesome. anyways just thought i would share this with you ppl.
oh yeah ive also been taking 6-oxo and eating about 200 g of protein a day.
