Alright i decided to start my own work out journal and i willl update it as soon as possible, ill put some of my stats on here right now. and a little bit about my nutrition
i do 3 sets of 6 Bench Press 150 Standing Barbell Curls 30 Dumbbell bench press 55 Hammer curls 30 pounds Military press 90 pounds dumbell presses 30 pounds ez bar curls 75 incline bp 120 decline bp 145 Hi Rows 180 Low cable rows 100 unfortunately i am sick right now and cant really do anything, but when i get better i will continue my routines and post my nutrition and bodybuilding stats. oh yeah i weigh 177 |
