I don't know if they sell the ECA as a stack at GNC, but you can always get the ingredients and make your own stack...Just get the Ephedrine at a gas station and then you can pick up some Aspirin and No-Doz at any pharmacy.

ok so i just went to gnc and asked if they had any type of ephedra product.

he said that ephedra is banned and there not making it any more. then he moves on to say thathe has something which works alot better than any ephedra product. he pulls out a bottle of hydroxycut hardcore.

i ended up just buying some glucosamine and told him he was crazy.

Yeah...Those meatheads don't know anything...

In the redneck town I live in they never stopped selling Ephedra even though it was banned. In gas stations you would see an entire display filled with it...I asked how they were able to keep selling it and they said they just didn't care...Apparently there are too many sleepy truckers to quit selling it! Either way I think the DEA has better things to do than focus on a little Ephedra...

Well, that is strange because Ephedra is everywhere here (must be a redneck thing )...Just order some online...There have got to be a million sites out there...

well i just got back from yosemite last night.

i had a really good time. we walked around 25ish miles in 4 days.

truly a great experience. it was stormy the first day but it got better the rest o the time but man.. the first night kicked my ass.. it was pretty hard winds and rain and it was insanely cold. at one point our rainfly flew off of our tent so i had to jump out and put it back on which was crazy.

my "waterproof" backpack wasnt really all that water proof so all o my change clothes got pretty wet. which made it so that i went to sleep in a pair of basketball shorts and a regular tshirt.

long story short i was never so cold in my life. and when we woke up we were surrounded with about 4 inches of snow and our tents were also covered with it.

my sleeping bag is a 20 degree bag and even then is only good in like 40.

then the rest of the time was fun. we saw a bear also. not close to us but from a distance

well thats my story as short as i could.

ok so im going to start the hiit training. i did it last night and dam.... i thought i was going to die.

since it being the first time i did 4 min on treadmill then did 3 min on eliptical cause i can push myself harder on that.
tough stuff.

is it ok to do hiit everyday? or just 3 times a week? because i cant not do cardio everyday.

oh and in regards to the last post i do

chest/tri
back/shoulder
cardio day
biceps/abs
legs.

this routine might be a little bad or weird but it works for me and it feels good. eventually i will change it up.

i sometimes workout a muscle twice a week like chest. not sure if that bad but i love it.

The only thing I would add to your routine are squats and deadlifts...You knew someone was going to say it!

I would imagine that HIIT wouldn't be too bad 5x a week for cutting...I wouldn't do more than that though...Gotta rest!

ya i hate squats! lol i get fatty bruises on my back from it. call me a sissy but it hurts like hell. i did it in high school in 9th grade with like 280 lbs and i passed out.

theres no deadlift at my gym. no space or anything. last time i did it was also in 10th grade. i did 355, people were amazed lol.

i think ill do hiit mon, wed, fri just for the first 2 weeks till i get used to it a bit. ill do my normal cardio on tues and thurs. then ill do hiit mon-fri

my legs are sore from it.

I hate squats too man, but since I started them they have made every muscle on my body get bigger and I have only been doing them for a few months. Maybe you could try some lighter weight...Maybe something in the 20-25 rep range?

you think it would be ok to do machine squats? i know its not as good as free weights but it would probably be easier on the back.

Sure! I know people around here don't like machine squats, but if that is what it takes to get you squatting then I say go for it! Squats really do give your whole body a kickstart as far as growing is concerned. My arms have probably gained 3/4 an inch since I started them...

honestly. i believe what your saying but im so confused as to how it helps with your whole body. i thought it was just good for the legs and maybe the back.

how does it help everywhere?

yes yes im still learning.

so becasue of my new summer school schdule i decided to change the way i workout. im going to split it into twice a days.

so i was wondering whether its better to do cardio in the morning then weight lifting in the afternoon or the otherway around? im sure theres no "better way" for weight loss but i was just curious to which one is better.

my guess is just preference.

it probably will be at least 6-8 hours between.
