If you take your shakes with water after working out, its supposed to be best, but I use milk for the morning and night. It always tastes better, just no cookies with it, ok? lol

no worries of the thread jacking

i havent had a cookie in such a long time.... its been like one week

well i started eating solids again. i lost 3lbs while i wasnt eating anything. i think i might be due to the fact that i was pretty much anorexic. but now i am eating like normal again so its all better.

doing chest/tri's tonight. probably a little less on the cardio. i cant do to much on my mon and wed days. going to the gym at 10pm after waking up at 530am is kinda rough. thank god for caffeine. i had 2 sugar free redbulls a little while ago. but i fell asleep for 30 min after that.

people are telling me that i look thinner, like my stomach shrank and my boobs got smaller(which is a good thing).
but im not losing very much weigh at all. so im guessing ill soon just hit a point where it goes away faster and that i wont be stuck in this rut for too long. i hope

its better now because i can do the outdoor stuff now because its sunny. im going to buy a bike so i can go mountain biking.so my outdoor activites will be:
biking
tennis
jogging
hiking.

and when im lighter by like 50lbs im gonna start skateboarding like when i was back in 5th grade. i just thought it would be fun to do again but i gotta drop the pounds.

goinn to dinner with the gf tommarow. hope its all good

Cookie, the more you keep active, the more weight you will lose. Everyone hits ruts, just fight through it and don't get discouraged. I weigh almost as much as you do after my bulk, but I hope to shed alot of it in the coming months. Maybe I'll start keeping a journal and we can compare notes (although I am going to have some help from the anabolic section, so yeah, I'm cheating)

Well I won't get into my Wisdom Teeth experience (the anesthesia didn't work/ it was a little like Nazi Germany), but it could probably help with weight loss. I wasn't really able to eat too much of anything because my mouth hurt and was sensitive to hot and cold. I think I lost like 8-9 lbs. I would recommend drinking shakes with milk and maybe taking some creatine to help keep your muscles from wasting so much while you are unable to train. Take it easy, recover, and then come back ready!

A normal dose regimen...no loading or anything like that (I would recommend CEE). Just maintenance. I have read some studies that show Creatine supplementation can help reduce muscle wasting during times of inactivity or immobilization.

sounds like your well on your way.. I wouldnt be suprised by the end of this if you keep lifting and doing the things your doing, if you look a lot leaner than what the scale actually says, since your lifting and all you will be burning more fat if you have more muscle, plus your cardio and healthy diet are cutting more fat. But muscle weighs more than fat, so once you get down close to your goal, i would say start going by the mirror and not the scale, by the way how much more weight do you want to lose as of now?

i guess i want to lose at least 60 lbs. so then ill be 200.i guess 185 would be ideal but it depends on how i feel and look. and im only 5'7

ya i look different in the mirror but the scale is being an ass and decides to make fun of me by not moving much.

well since the last time. my wisdom teeth are now better. i took around 2 weeks off of the gym but now im back.

still taking my normal pill:sesathin, cla, fish oil, multi.
im thinking about stopping the pills after im done with them because nothing is happening.

i might just go for an eca stack. does anyone know i they sell it at GNC or Vitamin shoppe? i would order online but parents dont like me taking that stuff.

well since im bored im gonna go to the garage and do some jump rope!
