Look up the exercises on bodybuilding.com, they have descriptions of all of them. Then post what you are doing and maybe we can suggest alternates or give you thumbs up on what you do now.

i have this food intake program on my computer and i was just looking over it right now and i noticed that i eat alot of cholesterol.

by eating 2 whole eggs i get more than half my daily reccomendation. and i didnt know that salmon had so muchc of it also.

oh well. how does cholesterol affect you with trying to lose weight?i know its bad but just curious of how bad it is.

Cholesterol isn't necessarily bad. You actually need some of it in your diet.

On a cellular level, it affects membrane fluidity (keeps your cell walls from becoming rigid in cold temperatures, and keeps them taut in warmer temperatures), and it also performs some other essential function (but I can't remember what it is right now).

When you get too much of the "bad cholesterol," or low-density lipoprotein (LDL), in your body, then that's not good. It's generally related to a buildup of plaque on your arterial walls.

We're studying the heart in Anatomy & Physiology right now, and I just saw an artery (the aorta) today that was massive, but had a disgusting buildup of plaque that restricted bloodflow by over 80%. It crunched when you squeezed it. We laughed, but it's actually quite tragic when you stop to think about it.

However, you all should know that I'm not a doctor (yet).

ok so i was rereading my intake vs goals. and my daily cholesterol is supposed to be 300mg. and 2 eggs was like 420. so im guessing its hard to eat really low cholesterol

went to the gym and did lower back/abs
i tried to run on the treadmill and went about .8 miles in ten minute(im slow as hell) the problem is that my feet start to hurt like hell so i guess its just because im big.

so cardio:
10 min .8 mile on treadmill(run/walk)
35 min on eliptical

What kind of shoes have you got cookie? I have Asics gel and they are pretty comfy, I don't run though. I know people that swear by the air shocks and those new Adidas.

Could be your shoes that are bothering you then Cookie. Some shoes just aren't meant to be running shoes, no support or cushoning.

Yep...shoe type is really important. Also.....remember that running shoes are very different than workout shoes. The shoes that you run in should be contoured and give support to the arch/ heel and cushion well. Workout shoes should be flatter like skateboarding shoes as to not put stress on the arch/ heel when extra stress is put on them...

You should be proud of yourself Cookie and the progress that you've made. You have stuck to it and with perseverence like that, you'll be in the shape you want in no time. Btw, I think Traz just follows me around...
