Tuesday Night:

Day 1: Chest, Triceps & Calves

Chest:
• Seat Bench Press: 3 sets - 8 reps (25) (30/30/35/35)

Triceps:
• Cable Push-downs: 3 sets - 8 reps (30/30/35) Great on these as usual

Chest:
• DB Incline Bench Press: 3 sets - 8 reps (20/20/20/20)

• F Dumbell Bench Press: 3 sets - 8 reps (26/26/26/26) Only managed 7 then 6 then 7

Triceps:
• Skull Crushers: 3 sets - 10 reps (20/20/25) I would normally do the second set with 25kg but some guy hogged it all night.
• Dips: 3 sets – 10 reps (no weight)

Calves:
• Standing 45° Calf Raises: 3 sets - 10 reps (60/60/60) Burns like Hell
• Seated Calf Raises: 3 sets - 10 reps (50/50/50)

Last night was a all over the shop in terms of routine.

The place was packed and far too warm. So I had to shuffle the routine about a little to avoid waiting around for long periods. I hate it when it that busy. Although I am now, more than every looking forward to changing gyms, I think I have outgrown this one in more ways than one.

I found that in the heat I quickly lost my strength sooner rather than I would have liked. So reps dropped quicker than I expected. All sadi and done I still gave what I had 100%.

I am going to shuffle my worout from Monday coming to include LESS reps, say in the region of 4 to 6 and HEAVIER weight and will then see how things develop.

AAS REPORT:

Coming to the end of week 2.

Cycles going according to plan.

Injections going smoothly, dont feel anything after I inject now, my pain from the first injection must have certainly been from injecting too close to the layer of Fat. Only the pinch of the needle going in now. Im starting to enjoy it...

No sides to report, no water, no acne, but no weight gain either. But then I am not expecting anything to week 3 or 4. So next week could potentially be exciting. I take it this is when the acne and the like should show itself as well?

Couple of questions:

Should steam rooms be okay while on AAS or will that effect the skin too much, i.e. to produce more oil?

If I am going to get Test Flu when would I get it?

I am also contemplating throughing in superdrol weeks 9 to 12?

Any thoughts?

In the interest of science I will be getting my chest waxed soon to see if the Finastride will stop hair re-growth on the short term even when on AAS. There are alot of doubters (me for one) but we will see.

I think steam rooms would actually be better for your skin. They will open up your pores and should help you sweat out extra toxins and oils from the AAS IMO....as for the SD I am unsure. I don't know much about AAS combinations, but I have never heard anything negative about adding SD to a cycle (as long as you aren't doing other orals that is ). I would just be unsure as to when it should be started....

OK...I had thought that this post hadn't saved...LOL.

Strange thing happened today when I was pinning.

I was doing the normal left glute shot, high and wide, and I tried to push the needle in.... It stung and would not go in? It felt like I was pushing against a thick layer of something.... So I moved in a little to the right and a little sting but in it goes?

I dont understand what happened here It was definately in the muscle, not to wide, just normal?

Other than that the shot went fine.

Day 2: Legs, Shoulders & Traps

Legs:
• Leg Press: 3 sets - 8 reps (100) Ten on warm up (120/130/130/140) Up 10 KG
• Leg Curls: 3 sets - 8 reps (65/65/70/70) failed on the 6 on the last set
• Leg Extension: 3 sets – 8 reps (65/65/70/70) failed on the 6 on the last set

Shoulders:
• Seated Dumbbell Press: 3 sets - 8 reps (20/20/26/26) only 5 reps on each of the 26kg
• Stand SLat Dbell Raises: 3 sets - 8 reps (10/10/10)
• Stand Front Bbelll raises: 3 sets - 8 reps (20/20/20) Will move this weight up next week

Traps:
• Dumbbell Shrugs: 3 sets - 8 reps (30/30/30) All up 4kg
• Upright rows: 3 Sets – 8 reps (25/25/25) Will move up to 30kg

AAS REPORT

Pinnings going fine. I am hoping that I will start to see my weight go up slowly now tat I am appraching the start of the third week. Saying that I did jump on the scales this morning, despite that I normally weigh myself once a week on a Monday, to find that I am up a 1lb, but I will see if its still there tomorrow.

No water retention at all and no greasy skin or acne, nothing? Maybe the test likes me? ALthough saying that when I ran superdrol I found that the small amount of acne I got then actually appeared during PCT. So I wont count my chickens.

Pfft I would like to think your right but I know I have plenty of work ahead of me!

I apprecate the sentiment though.

Back:
• Seat rows: 3 Sets – 8 Reps (60)(65/70/70/75)

• Dumbbell Rows: 3 sets - 8 reps (30/30/30/30)
• Pullovers: 3 sets - 8 reps (40/45/45) I just can't manage the 50 on this yet

Biceps:
• Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets - 8 reps (15
• Hammer Curls: 3 sets – 8 reps (15)
Dropped the straight bar curls, I have plenty of Bicep and two exercises for this muscle groupare fine.

Abs:
• Inclined Crunches: 3 sets - 10 reps (6kg ball)
• Machine Crunch’s: 3 sets - 10 reps (50/50/50) Happy with this weight progression too

Day 1: Chest, Triceps & Calves

Chest:
• Seat Bench Press: 4 sets (20) 10 for warm up (35/35/40/40) 8/8/6/6

• DB Incline Bench Press: 4 sets (20/20/20/20) 8/8/8/8 assisted

• Flat Dumbell Bench Press: 4 sets (30/30/30/30) 8/8/8/7 assisted

Surprised myself at the amount of weight I was able to shift. I maybe should make more jumps in weight sooner than I think I am ready for. As you can see I was assisted on some of these excercises buit thats mainly to keep my form ( stops the arms from drifting too wide ), when I know its my last I lower the weight as slow as possible.

Triceps:
• Skull Crushers: 3 sets (25/25/25) 8/8/8

• Cable Push-downs: 3 sets (30/30/30) 10/10/8

• Close grip Barbell press: (35/35/35)

Unfortunately I could not add any more weight to my cable push-downs, or my form went out the window as my reps increased. I feel I respond better and can isolate my tricept more when at this weight anyways.
I have dropped the dips for the Close grip Barbell press and enjoyed it last night. Could feel my triceps working alot better than when I do dips.

Calves:
• Standing 45° Calf Raises: 3 sets (60/60/60) 20/18/15

• Seated Calf Raises: 3 sets (50/50/50) 15/15/15

Overall I am happy with the weight increases and my form on the excercises.

AAS REPORT

Looking forward to thursdays shot. On the up side I checked my weight this morning and It was up from 152 to 155. So I could now be holding a little water although I cannot see it. Maybe Im growing? We'll see if it hangs about.

Day 2: Legs, Shoulders & Traps

Legs:

• Seated Leg Press: (100) warm up (130/130/140/150) 10/10/10/10

• Leg Curls: (65/65/70/70) 10/10/10/8

• Leg Extension: (65/65/70/70) 10/10/10/8

The seated leg press is all the weight on the machine so Im chuffed to bits at finally reaching this goal. I had tred it late last year and there was alot of crunching from my left knee.... None now so Im dead chuffed.

Shoulders:

• Seated Dumbbell Press: (26/26/26/26) 8/7/6/7

• Stand SLat Dbell Raises: (10/10/10) 10/10/8/8 Assisted on last two sets from the 5th rep.

• Stand Front Bbelll raises: (20/20/20) 10/10/10

Only assisted on the Stand SLat Dbell Raises to make sure that I was not dropping the weight but in control the whole time. Happy with the 26kg shoulder press.

Traps:

• Dumbbell Shrugs: (30/30/30) 12/12/10

• Upright rows: No time tonight

Good pump on the Traps despite not having time to fit in my upright rows. personally Im not a big fan of upright rows but apart from more shrugs what can you do for Traps?

Diet was poor today, did'nt consume nearly enough calories. Need to order whey real soon.

AAS REPORT

Pin tomorrow morning. The 155lbs has now returned to 152lbs. Must have been water retention. I did'nt consume my usual three litres and think that I probably retained some water from the previous day setting the scales off.

Ah well. I just have to keep pinning, stuffing the food down and lifting.

Day 3: Back, Biceps & Abs

Back:
• Seat rows: (60) Warm up (65/70/75/80) 10/10/8/8
• Lat Pull-downs: (55/60/65/65) 10/10/9/9
• Pullovers: (40/40/40/45) 10/10/10/9
• Dumbbell Rows: (30/30/30/30) 10/10/10/14

My strength is definitely starting to go up. (See AAS Report)

Biceps:
• Dumbbell Curls: (12.5/12.5/12.5) 10/10/10
• Hammer Curls: (10/10/10) 10/10/10

Abs:

• Machine Crunch’s: (60/65/65) 15/15/20

AAS Report

I had noticed today that the broad of my back had started to feel a little greasy, and I even had one spot around my chin, but this is more likely to be from shaving.

My strength is definitely starting to increase and I am finding that it’s a period of adjustment again where I have to try and find what weight to start with and when I am maxing out with each set when I want to. Kind of like beginning all over again.

Thursday's shot was a piece of cake even though it was slightly sore piercing the skin. Monday will begin week four of my cycle.

I was up 3lbs, from 152.2 to 155.4, this morning and this time I had consumed the usual 3 litres of water over the course of the previous day so I would be surprised if it was retention. I seem to not having any water retention (thankfully) but then again I am keeping sodium levels right down and water normal, i.e. 3 litres. Will drop into the journal tomorrow and report back on what has happened weight wise.

I am noticing that since being on cycle my left side of my body will achieve a pump quicker than the right, I have thought that maybe it is something to do it the location of the heart and the flow of the blood being quicker in reaching these muscles than on the right, any thoughts?
