no, you can get clean gains if you eat clean and eat the right amount.

yeah bump to dont get fat. Most people start fat and then try to get thin. Some would say you got a head start. Just eat like a BB high carbs and high protein and high to medium fat. Hell just eat like it was your breakfast everymeal.( i say that because breakfast should be one of your biggest meals) You should love the BBin way of eating, plenty of eggs and steak its great. Youl probably gain fat anyway and most people hate that when bulking and fight against it (ME) but since you dont mind getting a bit fat your really blessed and in two years or so you will be able to pick up someone of your current size and spin them like a basketball (maybe nt but its a nice thought)

I can't always get to a gym, I've been doing pushups, is that a good alternative, when I can't make it to my gym?

you don't need a personal trainer you just need to eat alot. i once weighed 117 standing 5' 10" at 18 yrs old. i joined the military and started to eat 3 meals a day after my first year in i started to hit the gym i ate 3 big meals and drank 2 protein shakes a day and i gained about 35lbs that first year. i've been working out for about 2yrs 3 months now and i'm 173 13% Bf. just eat alot, eat clean, and train hard within a few yrs you will get to your goal. after about 6 months of working out try some creatine and see how that works also take a multi vitamin every day. good luck bro.

you do need to have some body fat to do anything, if you literally had none you would be very ill and could possibly die - but you probably have a lot more than that, if you have over 5 (5 being extremely ripped) then your ok.

you shouldnt be taking weight gainers before working out - that will just make you fat

i think you should do a lot of research, and then think about these goals, otherwise you will probably be wasting your time

p.s that guy is not taking roids

lol dont listen to these guys man they are lame, they all talk crap about the guy in the picture and say he is not buff just fat but then they say that he must be on steroids. they are just haters like everyone else that posts on this site. lol and they are going around giving big shot advise like they are body builders and their just wennie stick men. so back to the point it is totally possible for you to get that big, fuk all the dumb **** the most important thing in body building is Dont Give Up for sure that is the number one most crucial thing. You will aventually master diet, form, types of exercises, etc but if you dont work out on a regular basis or just do it for a week and stop then all the best advise in the world dont mean shiiiit!!!! so get your swole on man!!!!

no offense to the people who were actually trying to give advise all the haters know who they are!

oh yeah p.s. hell yeah push ups are good anything is good. I knew this guy who could bench 550lbs and he still did push ups, no joke and he would always tell me not to forget about the basics with any muscle group.

You sound like an intelligent sort ........ .

You join in January, post 3 times in a day & then don't come back until only a couple of days ago & start slating everyone on the board for being "Haters" - not very smart!

The guy in the pics DOES look like he's juiced up & he DOES have a reasonably high bf% for an "inspirational" model.
Not saying that it's not impossible to get like that without juice, but more than likely he's juiced.

You'll soon have as much credibility on this site as the other guy who posted in this thread with his "p.s that guy is not taking roids" if you keep posting this sort of thing.

The dude is obviously roided up, his crest looks crap but I like his arms/ delts, he has a good build in areas but not an inspiration in terms of the finished produced most people would like to achieve
