5minutes of jump rope, still getting used to jump rope but its going ok.
keep the skipping (jump rope up) it develops coordination and stamina. im trying to get the hang of it still.

did some jump rope after work today, i've got boxing tonight so i dont want to knacker myself out by going out for a jog before hand.
I'm nailing jumping rope at a moderate pace but any time i try and speed up i either whip my back or ankles after 5 rotations.... it sucks!

I'm going to keep at it as last month i couldnt do what i can now

Bulk you are dried up and ripped! Nice job!
To me you look like you would be pretty fast (fighting wise)?
Is this a correct assumption?

cheers biggerguns,

My hand speed is ok, i've been told i'm a right pain in the ass when it comes to hand techniques during sparring

I've put weight on and i've lost some definition but lighting in a photo works wonders or nightmares lol. Being in my bathroom while taking the photos meant i was lit up like a xmas tree

Boxing tonight was mainly bag work... during the warm up i had a full bladder and i was at bursting point, luckily there was a lull so i could vanish for 2 minutes *ahhhh relief*

a guy taught me how to do cross overs while doing jump rope so that will be the next trick to try tommorow

Breakfast: Oatmeal
AM snack: 2x banana
Lunch: Jacket potato, cheese n beans
PM: Sandwhich
Dinner: 100g pasta with tomato sauce, protein shake
PM snack: some crackers (not that hungry and i dont believe in eating for the sake of it)

Biceps:

ez bar bicep curls 35kg
12 reps x 3 sets

alternate db curls with my own style on form

I have two DB's, one db is weighing in at 12kg, the other at 8kg.
One arm curls the light one, the other with the heavy one... after one set of 8 reps, immediatley swap db's and carry on for 8 reps.
Doing this so each arm gets 3 heavy and 3 light sets... i get a good burn and its good for my endurance work (needed for boxing)

concentration curls 8kg:
12 reps x 3 sets

Triceps:
Close arm psuhups to failure x 3 sets
Bench dips to failure x 3 sets

had a good night of taekwondo, i managed to score a hit with a spin side kick for the first time

At the end of class we had to do pyramids of squat thrusts and push ups...
55 push ups and 55 squat thrusts in total
