About 12 weeks out from the first contest, Fitness America. Took pictures today.
Beginning of Spring Break-March 5, 2008 poses Fitness Routine Outfit-March 5, 2008 fitness outfit Currently 106 lbs, hoping to come in at a leaner 105 lbs. Now, we'll have to see if my lower body will cooperate. On Spring Break at the moment and have bought lots of chicken and veggies. I was living on ham sandwiches and veggies at college it seemed like, with some chicken breasts thrown in when they had it. Just wish they were bigger. At 50 calories a piece and only 4 grams of protein, I need a LOT of them to make a meal. They're SO TINY. Anyway, I'll try to post here at least weekly one college starts up again. College is a little hectic this semester. 20 credit hours (5 classes), 10 hours or a little more a week working at the bookstore, 3 hours a week in committee meetings, and obviously going to the gym as well. Hectic but I love it!!

I just don't come to this forum as much as some of the other ones. Haven't been as consistent as I'd like with classes this semster but hoping to get even more ahead than I already am over Spring Break. I pre-read almost two of my textbooks which is helping a lot. So far, this is my best semester grade wise. Pre-reading the texts helps and I really LOVE some of my classes, which also helps.
I'm taking Sensation and Perception, Intermediate Latin :Vergil's Aeneid, Dance Kinesiology, Moral Psychology and Cognitive Psychology. One A, one A-, one B, one B+ and the other class I'm pass/failing. Hopefully this semester can get my GPA up. Forgot to post what I did today in the gym earlier. I also did a little stretching. My quads are so sore from the jump squats. Hopefully the intervals will help with that and they won't be as sore tomorrow.

No, no spare cash for any supplements at the moment. All I have is whey, creatine, carnitine, and CLA. I get paid at the end of the month and hopefully will have some left over after putting enough $$$ in savings for my upcoming competitions.

I've been living on ham sandwiches, veggies, and the college lame excuse for grilled chicken breast, 4 oz, 50 calories and 4 grams of protein according to the website. I'm on Spring Break with a friend right now so it's a little easier. Classes start again Monday though. Time to a hot soak.
