Also had to walk for 2 min between the first & second miles... massive stomach cramps going on. Had to walk that off.

Walked for a 90 secs
2nd mile was HIIT
Then jogged the last bit
2 min warmup & cool down included

Crunches 1x60

Ok, I'm now setting weekly goals for myself. The season is changing and here is my motivation...


Gotta make sure that ass & abs are firm this year!
