Running 2.25 miles 25 min 1st mile was HIIT warmup & cool down included Tuesday, 4/1 Running 2.88 miles 28 min 1st mile was HIIT Walked for a 90 secs 2nd mile was HIIT Then jogged the last bit 2 min warmup & cool down included Crunches 1x60 Ok, I'm now setting weekly goals for myself.
