Hell's no girl! You may not like the fact that you have hamies but I, for one, think it great to see developed legs! Of course, KT has the market on the pinups, but ain't nothing wrong with a lady that has well defined hammies and calves. Nothing wrong at all.

Thanks Narc...but I still don't like em.

OK...I knew that I wasn't gonna have time to go the gym after work tonight...I'm just too damn busy these days. Idunno what's up. I wish I had a pause button.
[ramble ramble]

My point was that I went today during my lunch hour to get a quick workout in. Today was Push Day (Chest, Shoulders, Tris) so, here's what I did:

Oh wait...this morning I did:
Cardio - HIIT for 15 minutes on the elliptical. My legs are still a little achey so I didn't wanna do the treadmill.

Then, this afternoon I did:
Bench (Smith Machine) - 60lbs x10, 70lbs x8x8
Incline Bench - 40lbs x12x10x10
DB Flys - 20lb DBs x12x10x10
[EDIT...I forgot about these] - Standing Shoulder Press-20lb DB x12x12x10
Lateral Raises - 20lb DB x15x12x10
Bent over Lateral Raises - 20lb DB x12x10x10
Skull Crushers - 40lbs x12x12x10
Weighted Bench Dips - 35lbs weight x15x12x12

I don't like to go to the gym during the day, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do in order to get it in.

It usually depends on how crowded the gym is too...I hate doing them when there's a TON of people in there, cause I feel like a weirdo doing em. I don't want people looking at me.

Other than that, I feel good when I do them...although, I hate my hamstrings...I think they're ugly (is that strange?) They poke out when I wear jeans and I hate the way they look.
I'll show a pic. Grrrr.

LMAO...can you see what I'm talking about in this pic?
you're crazy, I think you got great hams.
This is what I want to see on myself. lol

Great workouts. How long have you been doing this push/pull?

Haven't been doing this exact push/pull routine for that long. I change it up every once in a while, but I've been doing push/pull for a few months altogether.

Well, today's my day off...but since I was up pretty early this morning, I did cardio.

HIIT for 15 minutes on the treadmill. I put the incline up a little to make things a bit more interesting.

My nephew's (he's also my God Son) 5th grade graduation is today, so I'm gonna go to that for a little while.
So, I gotta go...it's starting now...Grrrr.

Yeah, it's one machine...I didn't know what it was called, so the other day I went and looked at it. LOL.
It's where you stand up, and you can do your inner thigh, if you put that rolley pad on the inside of your thigh and sweeep your leg across.
You can do outer thigh, if you put the rolley pad on the outside of your thigh and push your leg out to your side.
You can do the front hip flexor if you put the rolley pad on the front of your thigh and push your leg forward.
And you can do your butt if you put the rolley pad on the back of your thigh and kick your leg back.

LMAO...I hope you understand my descriptions. I know that they were pretty lame explainations.

They are certainly far better than just leg curls and the intensity factor goes up because you can do more weight than a regular deadlift.

Whats funny is that the RD isn't actually a true deadlift, and it wasnt created in Romania
Some American lifters saw a World Champion weightlifter from Romania doing the exercise back in the 1950's or 60's and so they called it the "Romanian Deadlift"

LOL...that's something I would do. I make up names for things all the time when I don't know what it's called.
Now I see that I'm not so strange.
Well....maybe I shouldn't go that far....haha.
