legs I am so weak! I hope my strength goes up...sheesh squats 3 x 12-65 lbs -warm up 3 x 12-8, 135-185 lbs lunges 3 x 8 - 135lbs narrow stance squat 3 x 8 - 135 lbs calf raises..just a little cause I need to walk 2 x 12 - 185 lbs This workout totally proves that i have been a huge slacker and can't squat worth beans anymore. grr. |

10 min elliptical this is killing me, between legs three days ago and running yesterday + yoga I can barely walk. I had to drag my ass for this workout. I did not want to do it at all. Now that I'm done I am glad I did though. I need to push myself more...focus on getting the numbers up again. bent over rows 2 x 10 - 65 1 x 8 - 95 upright row 3 x 10 - 45 face pulls 3 x 8 - 50 lat pull down 2 x 10 - 60 1 x 10 - 70 21s the bar -45 I think I only pushed myself to workout so I could have my post workout shake. I like to put it in the blender with ice and pretend it's a milkshake. haha |

Friday, nada
Saturday, nada Sunday - busy busy day! horrible eating today - really bad, like really bad...after church buffet potluck deal..grrr. So for today - alt jog/walk/run on the deathmill -25 min...holy smokes, I got new shoes and they have to go...they are horrible and the new shoes coupled with deathmill = shin splint type pain...sucks! I just don't think I'm a New Balance shoe person...this is my second pair that I hate. I think I'll stick with Saucony. I must learn to not waste my money! 20 min yoga |

Ramblings about church today. I haven't been to church in awhile and everything has been good...today the sermon was about fellowship. Well at the beginning it's all singing and the preacher sings...he is up there with the microphone and it is very distracting cause he sings all crazy and this is a real test for me being in church and all...so I can't just think he is a dork, right? So I pray that he will chill out. I am the worst person ever, huh?
Then after the singing was wrapping up, Pastor Mike was asking "who here needs the Lord to come in and show you the way and help you out in your life?" Over and over, he does it when we have our heads down praying and then he says...raise your hand if you have an issue in your life now that you need the help of the Lord, tells us how no one is looking, but people are looking...anyway I raised my hand, but I really was not thinking of anything specific...just normal stuff, like maybe the Lord could help the new girl at work find another job cause she is getting on my nerves, but then the pastor tells all of us who raised our hand to go down to the alter so they can pray over us. Totally on the spot! I didn't go cause I felt sort of weird...like why do people need to be prayed over? If I need guidance from God and I have a relationship with Him=, I can pray myself, right? Hopefully next Sunday it will feel better to me...I felt like they were trying to draw me into their cult or something. Even that sounded bad. I guess I do need to go to church more. sheesh I also sort of felt guilty for having boobs, like having large breasts at church is against the rules or something. Today was a weird day. Hanna, i went to church one time with my friends in high school and i felt the same exact way. It was pentecostal so they were way out there. Everyone knew i was new so while praying and singing was going on, someone new would walk up to me and sing and pray with their hands on my shoulders. I felt like i didnt' belong, not my scene.
Did you go with your family? At least that'll help you ease in or fit in.
