Default Cuban's new voyage

Didn't want to dig up my old journal, so I decided to start a new one. The old one is just too long to go through.

I will begin with last nights workout:

Tues 6/12:
Back:

Assisted chin ups:
4x8

DB Bentover rows:
40x8x3

Front pull downs:
70x10x1
85x8x1
100x8x1 (had some help on this one, but got thru it)

Seated rows:
70x8x3

Traps

Smith machine:
90x8x3

Face pulls:
30x10x2
45x8x1
60x4x1

16 minutes cardio on the treadmill 30 incline @ 3.5, 3 sets of 20 leg raises for Abs.

My back is pretty torn up today... I think those chin-ups did it to me.

Beginning early July, I will train 3xs a week at a hardcore gym with John. The other 3xs will be back at my regular spot. Cardio/Abs will be a big part of my workouts from this point moving forward.

Legs:

tri sets

Leg press: 200x8x3
Front squats: 50x12x3
Plate loaded extensions (I know I ain't a big fan of extensions, but we did em): 90x10x3

I thought I was gonna puke my life out after these sets. Banged them out in like 10 minutes, NO joke! No stopping to even take a breath or water.

Icarian front squats (duck toes):
90x10x3

Sumo Squats:
90x10x3

Lying hammers:
60x10x3

Butt Blaster machine:
90x10x3

Time to go get tanked over the weekend. The diet will have to be a bit shady over the weekend.. I was doing sorta good this week, just not eating enough. I got a salsa lesson tonight and then I am off to the shore tomorrow morning, Hope the weather warms up, its like 68 right now

Thanks girl.. I still feel like puking! John can be brutal sometimes and he is like hawk eyes with me. God forbid I stop to say hello to anyone, he yells from way across the gym. Nothing like a tough partner, though.

Cool beans, the weather here just took a turn, GRRR no idea, haven't even checked out the weather.com! It will warm up for the weekend!

nice job leg day buddy...i guess i should stop bein lazy and post mine up now. lol. 68??!! its been like 97 this week at my house. dying just to walk to my car. lol. the beach has been great though.

yeah my legs are pretty sore too and prolly will be till monday. well have fun with your salsa! just be ready to hit it hard monday or whenever you workout again. keep up the good work

Just went for a 45 minute blade run. Hah, I fell cuz my blade got a pebble caught in it.. I sat there for 5 minutes laughing at myself. Now I am itchy, landed on someone's lawn, not sure if it had chemicals.. grrr But worked my tan, not a cloud in the sky today!

Friday morning i did chest/bis: Been so many days, I aint logging it right now, so I will start fresh tomorrow logging my wo.

lol...nice CC. i worked on the tan too...just laid in the pool for like an hour-hour and a half. its like 90 degrees here. what are you hitting tomorrow?

90x8x1 (I quit right here on BACK) I had this grueling pain in my pec, which was killing me on pulls. I went to the chiro @ the gym and he gave me some freeze crap.. I poured a wadload of it and nothing. I was literally in tears. So I just hit my traps:

Shrugs (smith):
90x15x2
110x10x1

DB shrugs:
35x10x2
40x8x2

I did 12 minutes on the tread @ 35 incline @ 3.5 speed. No time for Abs!
