warmup barbell no plates barbell with 50x10x3 smith behind the neck press: 60x8x3 db ahhhhnold press: 25x8x3 lying rear lat raises: dBs 10x10x3 triceps: reverse grip bench (smith): 60x8x3 incline pushdowns cable machine: 35x10x3 skulls; 40x10x3 3 sets of 20 leg raises off a bench, Very slow! |

Legs:
tri sets Leg press: 200x8x3 Front squats: 50x12x3 Plate loaded extensions (I know I ain't a big fan of extensions, but we did em): 90x10x3 I thought I was gonna puke my life out after these sets. Banged them out in like 10 minutes, NO joke! No stopping to even take a breath or water. Icarian front squats (duck toes): 90x10x3 Sumo Squats: 90x10x3 Lying hammers: 60x10x3 Butt Blaster machine: 90x10x3 Time to go get tanked over the weekend. The diet will have to be a bit shady over the weekend.. I was doing sorta good this week, just not eating enough. I got a salsa lesson tonight and then I am off to the shore tomorrow morning, Hope the weather warms up, its like 68 right now

Just went for a 45 minute blade run. Hah, I fell cuz my blade got a pebble caught in it.. I sat there for 5 minutes laughing at myself. Now I am itchy, landed on someone's lawn, not sure if it had chemicals.. grrr
But worked my tan, not a cloud in the sky today!Friday morning i did chest/bis: Been so many days, I aint logging it right now, so I will start fresh tomorrow logging my wo.
