Cardio-HIIT for 15 min 6/27 Incline Bench 45 x8 65 x8 x8 x11 DB Flat Bench 30 x8 x3 35 x5 Asst. Dips 3 sets of 8 Shoulder Press 27.5 x 5 25 x7 x7 DB raises...... started to do these and on the 3rd one i fvcking pinched a nerve in my lower neck. needless to say i have been in alot of pain since then. It sucks big time. |
