No plans as of now, but i wouldnt mind having the physique of Crush or Phoenix or really any of the girls on there for that matter(besides that big german girl). lol

Thanks though but Mitch is the one kicking my ass with his crazy workouts.

I started a new workout program yesterday. I'm just bored with everything so i decided I would try something new.

Mondays workout
Superset #1
DB rows 40lb x 12 90 sec break
15 push-ups 90 sec break
2 sets of this

Superset #2
DB shoulder press 25lb X 12 90 sec break
Standing calf raises alternating legs 20 each side. 90 sec break
2 sets of this

Superset #3
DB curls 20lb x 12 90 sec break
Overhead DB extension 20lb x 12 90 sec break

2 sets of this

Superset #4
DB Squats 35 x 12 90 sec break
SLDL 135 x 12 90 sec break
2 sets of this

30 minutes on the eliptical

Tuesdays workout
30 minutes on the eliptical on an empty stomach

Today
Superset # 1
BB squats 115 x 12 90 sec break
DB lunges 30lbs x 12 90 sec break
2 sets of this

Superset #2
DB Squats 30lb x 12 90 sec break
SLDL 135 x 12 90 sec break
2 sets of this

Superset #3
Standing Calf Raise one leg 20 each side 90 sec break
Upright Rows 50lb BB x 12 90 sec break
2 sets

Superset #4
Standing Calf Raise one leg 20 each side 90 sec break
Overhead DB extension 20lb x 12 90 sec break**just realized i was suppose to do kickbacks.....my bad

Tonight is Pull so hopefully i can set a new PR on deadlift.
