Bench Press warm ups 65 x 8 80 x 5 80 x 6 90 x 1 (with a little help) Incling DB Press 27.5 x 8 30 x 7 x 2 Assisted Dips 3 sets of 8 Tri Push Downs 35 x 8 x 3 Thats all i had time for. Dinked around trying to figure out a way to do GHR's. I think we figured it out with the pull down machine. |

Smith Machine Squats 20 x 2 x 8 Squats 45 x 8 65 x 8 85 x 8 105 x 5 GHR's 2 sets of 7 1 set of 6 Calf Raises 120 x 12 x 3 Bad girls setting 10 x 8 setting 11 x 8 setting 12 x 6 Good girls setting 9 x 8 setting 10 x 8 setting 11 x 8 Multi Hip setting 11 x 8 x 3sets each leg......totally forgot I did these until I read jen's journal...haha.
