It does help. I'm sure if I was just lifting by myself then I wouldn't be lifting as hard. I do really need to work on my chest and arms though. They need to catch up to the rest of my body.

*thats all i got to do. the daycare in the gym called me up and said my youngest messed her diaper. of course I didn't have any with me. so we packed up and went home. got home and her diaper was clean. UGH. I guess i learned my lesson.
