35 minutes of cardio 2/26 leg press 200 x 8 x 2 300 x 8 x 3 abductor/adductor setting 8 x 10 x 3 Glute master(basically leg kicks) setting 9 x 10 setting 11 x 8 x 2 leg curls 110 x 8 *thats all i got to do. the daycare in the gym called me up and said my youngest messed her diaper. of course I didn't have any with me. so we packed up and went home. got home and her diaper was clean. UGH. I guess i learned my lesson. 2/27 45 minutes of cardio |
