I figured I would start one of these again...keep my ass in gear. I just wrote all of this and it was lost, so now I have to type it again.
25 min HIT I got rid of my squat rack to make more room in the house, so my squat weight ends up being what i can get in the proper position without hurting myself. squats 1x12-85 lbs, 2 x 25 65 lbs SLDL-I did these on the same day as squats because....well just because i felt like it and I wanted to. elevated lunges, 6 inch box-3x12 - 65 lbs That's it for me for the day. I'll try to keep this updated to keep me motivated and hopefully help me stay accountable for keeping my ass in gear. Last edited by Hannainnc; 08-26-2006 at 11:31 AM. |

We have 1800 square feet in our house and 5 people, two adults, three little ones. We sorta decided to get rid of the big squat rack to have our family room/office back. I do have another weight bench with a place to do squats, I just have to put it back together. I might set it up in the garage. |

17 min HIT - in a rush, wanted to get to the weights and it was getting late.
db shoulder press 3 x 10 - 20 lb db bb shoulder press 2 x 5 - 65 lbs lateral raise - 1x12, 1x10, 1x8-15 lb db front raise - same as above - 15 lb db figuring out which weights are working for me now - tad bit weaker than I was before...oh well, strength should be back up soon, I hope. bb bicep curl - 1x6-65 lbs, 2 x 8 - struggling, so lowered weight to 45 lbs for the rest of these. I should be in between somewhere, but I kinda got rid of my 2.5 and 5 lb plates, so I have 10s, 25s, and 45's...again, oopsy. hammer curls - 3 x 10 - 15 lb db's concentration curls 3 x 8 - 20 lb db some pics too, I'll post my big fatty before pics when I get a chance. Some you have already seen them. I am not where I want to be, but I'm okay with me |

Yeah, they are pretty big.
I can't help it. So, Saturday I did not do weights, but mowed the lawn for my cardio....we have almost an acre and it is hilly, so it was a nice little 1 hour cardio session. Sunday - basketball with hubby and then played baseball with him and the kids for about 2 hours. I've been cooking for 3 hours. I think this has been more of a workout!
