warm up - elliptical 15 min legs squat - 2x10 - 135, 2 x 8 - 185 I'm weak and doing atg got stuck on a rep at the bottom and had to use the little bars I have set up at the bottom of my rack, but there is also this brace and so I got the bar off and resting on the safety thing, but then my head was stuck...hahaha. I had to try to get the brace out so I could get my head un-trapped. It was so funny and so typical of me. On the way out I knocked myself in the eye with the brace too. lunges - 2 x 8 - 115, 2 x 8 - 135 |

cardio - jog to the school, jog/walk/sprint - 7 laps, jog back home (I walked some too cause I was forced too, but I tried not to walk...I am not a runner, but trying to be better at it. |

feeling better...now it is more of a head cold.
I'm so excited! I got a treadmill...I love to run, but I suck at it and I never have time to run cause it either gets dark too soon or it is too cold, etc. I just got finished with 25 minutes on it. I love it. At least cardio will be fun again...for awhile anyway. |

50 min on treadmill - 3.79 miles speed anywhere from 2.5 mph to 7.2 mph - overall average of 4.55 mph...I hope to get that up. shoulders/triceps military press 3 x 10 lateral raise 3 x 10 tricep ext 3 x 10 close grip bench 3 x 8 |
