Quads, Hams, Glutes Squats 2x12 - 115lbs(warm up) 1x10 - 135 lbs 1x08 - 155 lbs 1x06 - 185 lbs 1x06 - 205 lbs focus on inner thighs 1x16 - 135 lbs Lunges 1x12-135lbs Walking lunges, squat combination 8 count walking lunge, 4 count squat - 3 times with 95 lbs no calves today, they are tender from yesterday. I also think I am coming down with a cold, my throat feels like it has a lump in it. |

i had a cholesterol screening out our work retreat today and I seriously think my sheet got mixed up because I have high cholesterol. I am so upset and don;t know what to do. 3 months ago it was like 166 total and today it was 238....this is bull. I feel like there is no way I have this high of cholesterol. I might go have it retested and am not eating red meat for awhile and going to eat more fish. bleck.

Mostly everything is db's because I didn't want to work out in the garage tonight warm-up 12 min elliptical Shoulders db press: 2x10-20lb 1x08-25lb 1x0.5-40lb (couldn't get it) lateral raise 2x10-15 1x08-20 Triceps bench dips 3x10 french press (overhead press...whatever it's called) 2x10-15lb 1x08-20lb Biceps db curls 1x10-15lb 1x10-20lb 1x08-25lb hammer curls - I don't like these 3x10-15lbs Back deadlift 1x8 -95 1x8 -115 1x4 - 185 1 rep - 205...hehe Last edited by Hannainnc; 10-02-2006 at 07:56 PM. |

Legs warm-up 10 min jump rope Zercher Squat - warm up I don't like this cause it pinches my arms 1x12 - just the bar Squats 1x12-95lb 1x10-135lb 1x06-185lb 2x06-205lb I might have done more reps than above, but I was trying to video the squats to see if I'm doing them right. Then got sidetracked. I am not good at putting the video on the pc. I wanted to add music to it...mc hammer, you can't touch this, cause it makes me laugh...but I couldn't figure out how to do that. Also I took video, then had to squat again with my hoodie around my waist cause you could see all the muscles in my booty and it looked sort of indecent. haha |

I'm watching football today. I might do something exercise wise later, but it is a crappy day here in NC, drizzly all day and cold...so I'll probably veg out today watching football...Go Panthers and then try to get out of the house later on tonight before my kids go stir crazy. |
