Quads, Hams, Glutes, Calves Squats 1x12 - 45lbs (warm up) 1x10 - 95 lbs (still sort of warming up) 1x08 - 115 lbs 1x06 - 185 lbs 1x04 - 205 lbs Lunges 1x12-65lbs 1x10-95lbs 1x08-115lbs 1x06-135lbs 1x12-65lbs walking lunges 1x12 just the bar -45lbs Calf Raises 3x12-205 lbs In the light of being inspired by watching the larger folks making a change on the season premier of the biggest loser I wanted to post some more before pics...I am very embarrassed to do this, but I get very down on myself and when I look back I realize that I've come a long way...I hope anyhow. I know I have serious things to work on...like back fat...it is the bane of my existence! These are embarrassing to post because I was pretty big and I was not a lazy ass either...sort of I guess, but twins did it to me. My doctor would not let me exercise while I was pregnant because I was high risk. My hopes are not to scare you all. If I can lose weight anyone can. Y'all know I am a slacker extradionairre. ![]() ![]() I only blank out my face cause I'm looking tired. Most of you know what i look like anyway...I think. |

tonight I am tired and feel unmotivated...so here goes Monday, September 25th shoulders - bb press 3 x 8 - 45 and 65 that's it...see? unmotivated back deadlift 1x12-135 2-6-185 my hands get all sweaty and I can't grip the bar good, I can't find my gloves...so I improvised with potholders. yup, redneck gym girl! biceps bicep bb curl 3x8, 45, 65, 65 wimpy I'll have to step it up tomorrow. I feel horrible for being a slacker. |

I don't think I'd be able to do exercise that late - I'd be up all night.
I try to get to the pool or jump on the elliptical around 10am so it "perks me up" for the rest of the day. I get the stitch when swimming sometimes and I'm not sure if there's anything I can take beforehand that will stop this happening - I have to stop & rest a bit if it gets too much. Your journal's looking really good - keep it up! |
