Long time in updating.
When I don't update, that generally means I've been slacking. I don't intend to slack, I am just going through a very busy time with the kids and work. Very hectic. The only good thing is I've kept my diet good throughout my exercise slacking (except for Sunday...but even Jesus went off his diet on Sunday, right?). Tonight I took the kids for a walk, I pushed the 15 lb stroller with 62 lbs of children in it (31 lbs each, sweet little porkers...all muscle I tell ya) and the oldest rode his bike. The terrain is very hilly and it was a good workout...not as much exertion as far as cardiovascular goes because I did not have a chance to actually run as much, but it was better than nothing. Going to hit the weights later on tonight. |

3 mile run with husband and kids (husband pushed ) and I didn't run all of it either. I haven't ran really in awhile so I was a little rusty...quads were rusty and tired.Saturday, September 10th 2006 No actuall devoted exercise, but I worked my ass off. I shampooed the downstairs carpets...every bit of carpet on the floor, moved furniture and everything. That was harder than the run...I was sweating my boobs off. Then after that I push mowed the lawn, the hilly almost acre lawn. I am a stud. I did it in my bikini top too...can't have a farmer tan. Monday, September 11th 2006 Weights Upper Body (almost all) - will do bi's and tri's tomorrow, ran out of time. chest - taking it easy, don't wanna distort the new boobs. db incline press 12-10lbs 10-15lbs 08-20lbs 06-25lbs 12-20lbs db flyes 12-15lbs back bent over bb row 12-95lbs 10-95lbs 08-115lbs 06-115lbs 12-65lbs one arm db row 12-25lbs shoulders Seated DB press 12-15lbs 10-20lbs 08-20lbs 06-25lbs 12-15lbs lateral raise 12-15lbs Last edited by Hannainnc; 09-11-2006 at 07:11 PM. |

That's an awesome transformation. How long training again? Was that before your kids or after? How much did you lose altogether? I think I'll rep you! |

I do things slowly, that is what y'all will learn about me. I think I got down to where I didn't feel fat anymore in August 2005, so it took me about 14 months. Not sure if I was serious throughout the entire 14 months. I really started working on it in December 2004. |
