Enough slacking, I am back to achieve the body I had in my twenties
.

Ok, so here goes nothing:

Tri's:

Cable pushdown:

Looking good. Very nice exercise choices.

Look strong, esp. on your DB incline presses.

You did 40 reps on the 50lb pec deck? wow. I would have gotten really bored haha.

You are far braver then I! Great post and good routine. The only change that I would make is to do your Skull Crushers first, then pushdowns, then the one arms. Just my personal opinion. Your goals are reacheable since I am now in better shape then I was in when I was in MY 20's. For example, in my 20's, I wore size 32" waist. Now, 31" almost 30"! You can do it Chica!

Thanks lovey... You are sweet!!

My gym is so crowded, I am lucky to grab a machine or station when I can.. then I have some big guy come to me and try to work in... I am in and out 1 hour or so, so whatever I can get in when I get it works for me...

It looks pretty good. Nice stats. So how many days a week do you workout???

By looking at you avatar you BF looks low, I am sure losing that extra bf will not be a problem.!!!!

Good luck Chica!!!!!

Thanks woman.
Like I said it was a bit of work. I had written it down last night, though I mostly remember it all, and then I typed it up. I had a 20oz cup of coffee this morning, so I was pumped.. If you find any typos too let me know..
