I haven't updated my journal in a few weeks and won't go into specifics, but don't want anyone to think I fell off the wagon.
Training: Has been consistent Mon-Fri, weight train/cardio/abs. The routine: Nothing is set in stone, but my lifts are definitely progressing. I am online shopping as we speak for some new skates. Instead of hitting the pavement to run, I will skate. Wish me luck, so I don't scrape a few body parts.
Diet: This is a neverending battle for me. When I do eat my diet has been clean, but thats the problem, I am not eating quite often. I have alot going on in my personal life (finding a new place to live to move by June). This has taken a toll on me and I find myself to stressed to think of food. NJ real estate stinks, I may have to move to another state

. Coffee has become a meal for me, lol. NOT a good choice, but I am not even hungry during the day. I guess its not really hurting me as I am losing some weight.
Yesterday, was an eventful day, as I was out all day, apartment hunting, lunch with some friends and then went to a bachelorette party. My diet yesterday consisted mostly of oatmeal, coffee, chicken and
alcohol 
. The alcohol was long overdue, lol. I haven't had that much fun in a very long time. It was a bit of a crazy girls night out. We started with some drinks in the city at a lounge, a little salsa dancing and then back to Jersey for the real deal at the Mariott. A suite, 10 women with raging hormones, sangria and jello shots and a stripper. All I will say is that I didn't know you could do body shots with jello. To top it off I had to carry my sister home. She was $hit faced and her fiance, was a tad bit pissy!
I don't think I will update my routines much longer, until I have broken down this body for my bikini.
