So I made it back in the gym full throttle. Last week I only hit cardio...
Monday 1/15 I did chest/bis: Bench press barbell: 1/12 10 pd plates 1/10 15 pds 1/10 20 pds Incline db: 1/12 15pds 1/10 20 pds 1/8 25 pds Cable crossovers: 1/12 10 pds 1/10 15 pds 1/10 20 pds Bis: Standing barbell curls: 1/12 20 pds 1/12 25 pds 1/10 30 pds Incline DB curls: 1/20 alternatinng 10 pounds 1/20 " " 15 pds 1/20 " " 20 pds 1/10 " " 25 pds Cable preacher curls: 1/12 15 pds 1/10 20 pds 1/10 25 pds I did some more reps on my Bis, cuz I wanna concentrate more on my arms.... It felt good to get back in and I am a bit sore today! I am gonna hit my cardio tonight with a spin class..

No, it's riding a stationary bike with a group of people and being better at it than they are... while the music is cranked up and some lady screaming at you to "speed up ..now slow down.. now speed up again".

Wednesday: 1/17 Back/tris:
Here is the best part of my workout.. I got a training partner, whoot whoot. I am not crazy about training partners, but this one is good. He is an old timer @ the gym. He is in great shape and I'd say he is about 50 years young. He is very experienced and has alot of good tips. He is one of my pals and last night, he told me that I look good, but he could help me achieve a better look. I am not gonna post my workout cuz I have never done some of the exercises he had me doing. All I know is my back is very sore and my tris, well they are in bad shape too.. We are gonna start to meet M,T,T,F to lift and I will do my cardio/abs on my own. Funny thing he did is show me some exercises, watch me for like 2 reps and walked away. He told me that he was watching me from where he was and said that so far he sees that I have paid attention to him, good form, proper execution of the exercise and that I have pushed myself to get up to the last rep. Nice Fella.. I am gonna have to try to find him a cuban cigar. Wish me luck kids... Tonight is shoulder night and tomorrow legs, ouch! I know he is gonna make me squat.
