I think your scales are off - no way I would ever thought you were 156 - I don't see it all at!

The 156 was about 3 weeks ago, when I started not sure what it is now... I am not so worried about the numbers as I see the inches coming off. All I know is that today I am wearing my old size 6 capris and they are a bit loose...

It all goes to my latina booty,hips and oh yeah my quads.. they can get pretty nice!!! It sucks!!! but the men like it!!!

Thursday 8/31: spin class

I was feeling a bit sicky poo so I just hit the spin class and threw in some calves... They are pretty sore today. I was gonna hit the gym yesterday for quads/hams, but got side tracked.. and didn't make it.. That sucks. With the long weekend upon us, I am gonna have to work something xtra next week...

Sunday 9/3: 5 mile bike...

So the rain finally stopped here. I couldn't taken it anymore.. I went shopping @ the mall, went for a haircut and then got home and took a 5 mile bike ride.. It was pretty intense.. My quads had a good workout.. Won't be hitting the gym today (Labor day)since It is close to work and I am about 1 hour away... So I will chill out today.. going to my siL's for a barbe and to work on my tan...
I really can't wait for tomorrow to come so I can hit the gym heavyduty.. !!!

5 miles @ both.. But more on the high!! The area where I live is very wooded, so I was afraid of a deer running out @ me.. My mountain bike is newer.. I haven't used it alot in some time.. I just take it out when I want to get the F out of the house! I would like to get a road bike and really get into it.. My bil goes out to the mountain upstate with a group. I also need some new rollerblades and want to get back into it.. There is a place here that they give lessons.. I could use some, cause I haven't rollerbladed in ages... I will probably fall on my latina booty!!!

Yes, I can come out to drink, just let me know when you are in town!!!

your area sounds a bit like mine, when i was boxing i would run in the forest at night/dusk as it would mean no dog walkers getting in my way.
seeing a guy with handwraps run towards you with steam coming off him in winter was enough to scare off potential muggers.

rollerblades? i've broken my ass bone once before and i'm not going to do it again!!

ps: i hope you have an undertsanding husband as going out with 3 guys might leave him a shade of green lol

Yeah.. I don't usually go out when it gets too dark... unless I am in the car!!
and in the cold, forget about it.. The only outdoor activity you will catch me doing when its winter is shoveling the driveway, BTW, good cardio workout!

LMao on the rollerblades.. I fell once hard on my ass in Central Park.. Crap... and the group I was with left me in the dust!!.. Luckily the park was overcrowded and someone picked me up and helped me out.. I was almost roadkill!! I think though it would be good cardio and leg workout.. Anything to keep building up my legs.. Maybe i will stop in the sport shop today!! Have a great Labor day Bud!!

lmao, just say your popping out for a coffee... that way when your a bit hammered and need a coffee at 3am before you stumble back home your story is perfect... there was a strike in the coffee bar and you wouldnt leave until you got your coffee.

Tuesday 9/5: Chest/Tri:
When I got to the gym last night, the power was out in one part of the building and air was shut down completely. God, it was pretty hot/humid in there.. Luckily right when I was about done with Tris, the power came back and I hit the Stairtrekker for about 18 minutes.. (good workout on that sucker)..

Chest:

Smith Bench Press flat/incline:
1/15 10 pound plates
1/12 15 pounds plates
1/10 20 pound plates
1/10 25 pound plates
1/till failure 10 pound plates

DB pullovers:
1/15 15 lbs
1/12 20 lbs
1/10 25 lbs
1/8 30 lbs
1/6 35 lbs

Pec dec:
1/15 20 pounds

1/till failure 30 pounds alternating…

Tri's

Cable pushdown (rope):
