Still haven't had time to check on the BF and get on the scale... All I know is the inches are down big time and I fit into my size 6 jeans... Whoot Whoot!!! |

Back is not one of my fav's... I will get cardio/abs tonight.. !!!! I think I am coming down with a sniffle. Need some vitamin C....and TLC!!!

I guess it wasn't a cold, my allergies kicking in early.
Last night my dryer was on the fritz.. I had to go dry my clothes @ my cousins house... Ughhh.. She has 2 dogs/2 cats.. I thought I was gonna have an asthma attack (ps I don't suffer from asthma)... Took some zyrtec and felt much better.. Still hit the gym last night, will post my shoulder/bis later from work.. Gotta run before I hit that Jersey traffic... |
