Incline Press (Smith, barbell hitting high, almost caught my chin, LOL 2 sets, 25pd plates, 10 reps 2 sets, 30pd plates, 10 reps last set drop to 10 pounds, 10 reps Seated chest press: 4 sets, 30 pound plates, 10 reps Lever Chest dip (not seated Johnny had me lean on the machine with my legs on the floor): 4 sets, 75pds, 10 reps DB flies (hands straight and cross over on execution) 3 sets 10 pd dumbbells, 10 reps Cable crossovers: 3 sets, 20 pounds, 10 reps Biceps: Dumbell incline curls (knees resting on seat) 2 sets 10 pounds, 12 reps 1 set 15 pds, 10 reps 1 set 20 pds, 6 reps Cable curls: 3 sets, 20 pds, 10 reps Didn’t get to hit anymore more Bis, since it was late and I had to run to pick up Kaila @ daycare. Working out with these fellas is kicking my butt. My chest is pretty sore today… Bis not too bad. I am the only one out of the 3 that isn’t chit chatting with everyone @ the gym. I feel like I am on the Sopranos with these 2

I learned to play basketball this way, I only played against the best and it helped raised my level of play. If I wasnt an idiot, I could have played when I was in college The point I am making is, you will only get better, if you surround yourself with better people |

Thurs: 2/1
Spin class.. 45 minutes (made J get on the bike with me).. It was a good class, mostly all incline intervals, with our tushs off the seat.. GRRR my quads are burnt and I am doing legs/shoulders tonight. John did good and he made it thru the class. You know you big guys don't like too much cardio, LOL. I am still sore from my chest workout from Tuesday. Oh my gosh, I can't even stretch... I am thinking of getting a tattoo. The fellas are trying to really get me into the circle of friends, they are so great for little ole me. I am thinking of a portrait of my daughter, but where to plant it so it won't be too visible for the corporate world. Maybe on one of my cheeks, LOL so only VIP get to see.. Aight cats, have a good weekend and workout!

Last night, I went to the gym and took Kaila with me. Her first time with a new sitter @ the daycare there. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
She was not a having it.. Had to tell the fellas to do legs without me and I took the little cuban princess home. Got home and grabbed a pass for Gold's by my house. I took a 9pm spin class..That was not a great idea, as it gave me my 3rd wind of the day and I couldn't hit the pillow till almost midnight... and have been up since 4:30am. But it was a good workout.. The class was real intense. I will just have to makeup legs on Friday without the guys.

Thurs 2/8:
Chest: Seated Incline Press: 4 sets, 45 pd plates, 8 reps Flat bench press: 2 sets, 25 pound plates, 10 reps 2 sets, 30 pd plates, 10 reps Lever Chest dip (leaning on machine with feet on the floor) 4 sets, 100 pd, 10 reps Cable crossovers: 2 sets, 20 pounds, 10 reps Dumbbell flies: 2 sets, 15 pds, 10 reps J has no shame for me and just pushes me.. We have upped the weight since last chest session and you know its not too bad. I could do most of it on my own but the incline @ 45 pd plates was a little bit tough by the 5-6th rep...Johnny gave me the spot. I really enjoy working out with the fellas, they are good at keeping me on track... Tonight is Back/traps... wish me luck
