I ride my bike to the gym 3 miles one way @ aprox. 12 mph and immediately an additional 10 min of cardio stepper, eliptical, or inclined treadmill, 3 or 4 times a week..

****Thurs 8/17
Put some new music on the mp3 so the ride today was great.

shoulder's

2/10 @ 20lb bar no weight Back Press
2/6 @ 10 "
2/10 @ 12.5 lbs Dumbellpress
2/5 @ 15 "
1/10 @ 8lb lat raises
1/10 @ 10 "
1/5 @ 12.5 "

These next two I have no clue what they are called. I have a pop in each shoulder,
these help. If anyone could tell me thad be great.

2/10 @ 5lb ????? It's looks like a free style swimming stroke standing up, holding a plate in your grip
1/10 @10 lb "

3/10 @ 10lbs ????? this is like a back hand tennis swing, elbow in the side and holding the dumbell in front and pulling outward
--------------------------------------------------------------------

The last three months I have been on Slimquick. I really liked it but I think I'm going to change to hydroxy. I'm out completely now and have been taking the ole man's Relacore for the past couple days. I dont know I need to read somemore.

Yesturday I took the relacore, did my workout. I got one of those Extreme shock drinks from the cooler at the gym. WOOOPS! Wont so that again. That stuff had me lit up llike the 4th of july. From my toes to my nose my skin was BURNING, like Hot tingle tanning lotion HOT! I gotta admit I sorta liked the buzz but not the crash later.

ktinspired, those last 2 shoulder exercises sounds like some rotator cuff exercises. Have you had a problem with your rotator cuff?

Ya, I do. THe right shoulder is an old injury, and the left is because of the way I sleep on it. I guess. THats all I can fiure cause I never had a specific injury, like the right.

Looks good.. But wow, yes, it seems like alot of work to get it all down in a journal. Sometimes, I don't keep track of my weight.. I've been preoccupied, so to burn off my steam I just keep lifting.... I just know I am improving. I am gonna try to start something over the weekend.... and put it in here.. Hopefully everyone is nice!!!

Really doesn't take anymore effort than posting in any other thread. And really the only ppl that I've seen ppl around here be rude to is the ppl that are obviously full of shiit.

But I'll look forward to checkin out you regimen.

i work round an old shoulder injury myself so i knwo how you feel... its not an issue now unless i use really bad form or do not warm up my rotor cuffs before any press movement.

good job on starting a journal here, i'll be popping in now and again to see how you go!

Only time my shoulders ever get to me is when I do the machine lat raise.
Which, obviously, I dont do too often. Something about the preasure from the pad... I'll pass.

BTW thanks the support!!!!

sat 8/19

Resting today

But wanna document, today is the first day on Hydroxy.

only concern.....the slimquick was to be taken twicw a day 6 hours apart.
ususally take at 6 then 12 and didn't have to worry of any side effects with sleeplessness ( I have problems getting to sleep as is) With the hydroxy its three times a day 30 min before meal. I took the first at 6 this morning. so Im thinking 6-10-2 .

I did walk a lil today with the dog but thats his training not mine.

stats: 1 years old
85lb american bulldog
name: Duece
