Default Whatta great weekend!

Oh we had sucha wonderful weekend. We drove over to orlando 5am saturday morning, to see my dad and his wife, and her adult children, and their children. There is just nothing better than time with my dad.

One of the good thing is my dad and the ole man got to spend some quality time together. My dad has sorta judge him on his appearance but never really had time to talk with and get to know him. As a father, I could see his concern as the ole man looks like a bad @ss. He's pretty stout and full sleeves of tattoos. One of the first things my dad notice this go round was his daughter name tattoo on the forearm of this ole biker. Seems odd but I think thats what made him want to take him away from the rest of us and really take the time to know him. So now after all these years I think my dad finally sees what I see in him. SUCHA BLESSING!!!

I did legs on Friday..Then saturday walking around at disney and swimming and stair climbing...Sunday I woke up stiff a a board. So I dont think Im going to the gym this morning. I thinks it best to skip the bike ride.
Im gonna put the dog on the leash and walk for 1/2 hour - 45 min. Maybe this evening Ill get the ole man to go with me to the gym...we'll see.

Here we all are at breakfast.......The ole man, then me, the my dad, his wife and her children, on the right side of the pic, and the other side is in-laws of my step brother.

KT.. great story!.. Glad to see your Dad now sees what you love so much about the ole man. Daddy's blessing is always a plus for Daddy's little girl. I've never had much of a relationship with my Dad and haven't seen him in many many years.. so I turn to mamma. I am her favorite..we are so much alike and our relationship is so special, I would be lost without it.

Great pic.. you look fab. Keep the pics coming, You are an amazing person!

May your family grow closer each visit. I do know how it feels to be the "outlaw". Great memories!

Great pic. Glad to hear your dad is warming up to your man.

KT, do you do any rotator cuff work? That might help with the shoulder popping.

Kt, having read your "issues" w/ tri's, perhaps this simple change will help. Do your skulls first as this is a great mass builder. Remove the kick backs and replace with dips (either from a dip station or do bench dips). Dips will hit Chest and Tri's at the same time. Personally, once I am done doing all my bench work, I finish my Chest routine with dips as it seqways right into Tricept work. Good luck!

Go with your gut instinct, get the rest you need and you'll be fine in the gym before you know it.

Take it easy girl Yes, a joint would probably help you out right about now.. Have the 6 pack if it will make you feel better, but be careful while outside with the brewskies and the heat.

Mulching, ewwww.. I am signed up for some volunteer work in a few weeks @ work and its all about the mulch.. That stuff is nasty!!!

Have a great day!
