Kt, having read your "issues" w/ tri's, perhaps this simple change will help. Do your skulls first as this is a great mass builder. Remove the kick backs and replace with dips (either from a dip station or do bench dips). Dips will hit Chest and Tri's at the same time. Personally, once I am done doing all my bench work, I finish my Chest routine with dips as it seqways right into Tricept work. Good luck!

Im not going to the gym today. Im feelin stressed. Probably pms.
I feel like I could rip someones head off. So Im going to work in the yard today. I have a couple projects I wanna get done. I have had 2 bags of mulch on the porch for almost a month, I think Ill get that done today too. And Ill probably work on the 6 pack in the frig. too. If I hadda joint Id smoke it!*drug are bad kids mmmkkkay*
