wed. 9/6
Hadda great ride in this morning. I felt so pinned up yesturday. 35 min @ 75% of max. (145-150bpm) on stair stepper. solid 20 min stretching 3/10 @ 50 lb leg extensions 5/10 @ 30lb one legged extensions. 4/10 @ 10 lb butt blaster 4/10 @ 60 machine leg press I just wanted to feel like I did "something". So the machine work was just fiddl'in around. No real load. I'm not gonna hit the weights for maybe another couple days.

Fri 9/8
moderate ride in 35 min @ 60% treadmill 4/15 crunch roller legs up 4/15 " twisted right 4/15 " left 4/15 " legs down That crunch roller has a full pad from the middle of the back all the way to the top of the head. Again, I just wanted to do soemthing. i felt like a caged rat this morning in the gym. I'm tryin to stay cool but Ill hold out till monday.

Wow Kt! A work out like that, just reading it makes my core hurt, explains how good your picture in the A$$ thread looks. Nice core makes everything else look better. Better shoulders, chest, legs, butt. Great job. Hope your neck is better.

The one arm extension situation is really starting to chap my @ss! I really need to get this.
