I used to do them at 50lbs. and haven't done them in about 3 months. I am amazed at how strong my abs are since then. I just didn't know and didn't want to jump weight too quickly since by body isn't used to that motion too much. Next week Ill start at 120

Monday 9/4 Labor day

Weather permitting. Mowing, weeding, mulching. I really enjoy watching my plants grow. I get so excited over new sprouts and stuff. One of lifes lil pleasures.

Tues 9/5
20 walk on the treadmill (moderate to loosen up my legs) Got in a nice stretch session. My legs feel great today! Last week I hadda stiff neck and an ache in my back, so I went easy on my shoulders. I really dont want that to get agitated. 4/10 @ 8lbs lat raises 4/10 @ 20lbs upright rows 2/9 @ 30lbs back press......felt that neck kink @ 8....Maybe this is how I hurt it last week 15 lbs heavier 2/7 @ 30lbs " 1/5 @ 20lb one db front raises ooops to heavy 2/9 @ 15 lb " ..I dont care for this one 4/10 @ 12.5 dumbell press 2/10 @ 10 db externatl rotation 2/10 @ 5lbs swimmer stroke

Yes, I did go to spa day..And yes it was just what the doctor ordered. The ole man uses those spa gift cert. as a back up plan for gifts and when he screws up. Works fer me. As far as the weekend......WOW, awesome. I got a new Miami Doplhins pool stick for my B'day and the weather was crappy. So We played pool and had some beers on saturday. Sunday, it rained so we spend half the morning cuddled up the bed watching a movie. Monday it finally stopped raining to get the yard work done. And lots of extra-curricular activities in between.

Yeah, I like to shop when I am down. I actually went shoe shopping too, but everything I liked had like 3.5 or 4 inch heels.....So I did not get any.. I will wait for boot season and get some new ones... I also hit Victoria Secret for some new stuff again. I love that place, but there were about 20 women on line, so I left... Oh well, better luck next time.!!! Can't wait to hit the gym tonight.!!! |
