15 min treadmill 2/10 @ 20lb bar no weight Back Press 2/8 @ 10 " 1/6 @ 15 lb " 2/10 @ 12.5 lbs Dumbellpress 2/7 @ 15 " 1/10 @ 8lb lat raises 1/10 @ 10 " 1/4 @ 12.5 " 3/10 @ 10lbs back hand swing????still dont know what it's called 30 min power walk after dinner

Thats called the DB External Roation.
If you want to get a little more out of it, sit on a bench with one foot on the bench. Rest your elbow on that knee and then do the rotation. It'll isolate your shoulder more. Then switch up the other leg for the other shoulder.

Well I got half way to the gym and looked to the sky to find black clouds. I decided to turn around so's not to have to ride home in torrential down poor.
So the dog and I did some basic calisthenics. 4/10 stationary lunges 4/15 squats no bar obviously 4/10 glute kickbacks 3/8 @ 25lb dumbbell leg curls (just happen to have 1 /25 lb dumbbell) 5/10 crunches (legs in the air) 4/12 each side twist crunches 4/10 " broom stick twists Today would have been leg day. I wish I could do legs at he begining of next week but my body just can't take the leg work-out then the ride the days following.

well I gotta say...that lil bit I did here at the house yesturday. I can feel those muscle today. I like that cause it makes me feel like Ive actually accomplished something.
*****Had some jeans packed away in a box, thinking I was gonna sell them on ebay cause my fat @ss didn't fit into them anymore. I pulled then down yesturday just for shiitz and grins. I couldn't believe it. All fit great. a couple of pair will be sold cause THEY ARE TOO BIG!!!!!! WOOHOOO YIPPEEE That was my first goal was to get back into those pants. I think I might have even said that in my bio. Anyway, Im happy. THe ole man's taking me out for my b'day celebration tonight. I plan on getting all sexied up and being naughty tonight CAUSE I EARNED IT!!! ps. no work outs till monday

I got side swiped by some chick. She hit me in the wrist with her side view mirror and kept going. Cops said cause ther was no damage or injury there would be no report filed. Can you believe it the Biitch got away with it.Even tho I provide make model and tag number. I shoulda turned on the water works and faked it. "OMG MY ARM IS BROKEN"

Ok I couldn't stand it anymore...I'm challenging my body..went ahead with legs today. 2/10 @ 30lbs squats 2/8 @ 40 " 2/6 @ 50 " 2/10 @20 lb dead lifts 2/8 @ 30 " 2/7 @ 40lbs 3/8 @ 110lbs leg press 2/6 @ 120 " 2/9 @ 15lbs one leg ham flex (each side) 1/6 @ 20 " 1/3 @ 20 " 2/10 @ 120lb hip abduction 2/8 @ 130 " 1/6 @ 135 " 2/10 @ 120lbs hip adduction 2/8 @ 130 " 1/6 @ 135 " took it easy on the ride home tried to keep my heart rate low.
