well Im taking two cause I w3as on something else b4. I did however, skip the coffee the last three days for experiment sake just to see what kinda effect it has on me.
One thing that popped in my head, I took a nap yesturday afternoon and slept right thru dinner. My body didn't have any fuel this morning. Maybe thats what caused sucha adverse effect.

KTS... You are doing great.. I started keeping track of my workout yesterday.. God, so much work, so little time. I had this young guy next to me when I was doing Chest.. and he's Like, "You are stronger than me"??? I said, yep and older too. He must have been around 18... Its funny, I get a kick out of it!!!
