MY legs have been super tight the last couple days. Yesurday I everytime I'd to get up outta the chair I had to like count to three to get up. Even with the muscle soreness I still had to go to bushido last night...and guess what we work...yep kicks again ..agonizing. Today would have been lower body plyo's but my better judgements said no. My muscle in my upper body are stiff from yesturdays weight training........so i went full flegde geek.
Public access has a 30 min yoga program on in the mornings sooooo. ...I moved all my weights and stuff outta the way and joined in. To my surprise it was very beneficial. And some of that stuff looks easy but nope it isn't. I think Im gonna try to get in on this a couple times a week. I liked it. Loosened everything right up.

tues 12/18
20 arm swings 20 side bends 20 trunk rotations 20 windmills 20 full back streches 30 leg swings 3/10 vertical jumps 3/10 squat thrust 3/10 lateral barrier jumps 3/15 zigzap hops 3/20 vertical hops 1/10 tucks 3/10 lunges each leg 30 front kicks each leg 30 back kicks " felt that ankle doing barrier jumps. wasn't bad but I just have to remeber its bruised from last week. This work out is a real killer. I get half way thru and the evil one say thats good enough. Then I have to have a conversation with myself to get thru it. Not so much muscles but my heart feels like its gonna burst thru my chest. We got thru it.....woot woot

Nice job KT. We are going to a promotion/tournament in January. Pt. Charlotte is the destination. Once I have more details I will PM you and maybe you and the old man could take a swing down and enjoy the event. Just an idea but your workouts are looking great! Our nephew lives in Tampa so whenever your school has some event send me the info. Would love to see my first MA again....

Man its hard to beleive its been almost aweek since I trained. Shame on me.
For christmas I got stuff for my home workout room. I got some resistance bands and a ball, 10lb dumbbells, a stepper for my cardio and a heavy bag. Sooooo, Im gonna be able to step things up a bit. I really wanted a barbell but its all good. Im not really trying to add mass right now so I think I've got what I need for couple of months. or till I get bored and want to start going heavy again. At this point my main focus is balance and speed. And in hand with speed I need still lower my BF%. I dont feel fat by no means but....doing the plyo's I do feel what fat is there. definately inhibiting my progress with those exercises. Also I got an awesome core workout dvd. I haven't tried it yet but I watched it yesturday while on the stepper. IT looks like a great challenge. Yesturday was the first day back from christmas vaca. I didn't get in much but I did my first cardio session on my new stepper. Thurs 12/28 20 min speed walk...for the dog 15 min stepper

9:00 30 min stepper weights 1:00 3/10 @ 10 lying delt rows 3/15 @ 30 deads.....moving a bed yesturday I put some stress on my back didn't want to reck something so I went light 3/10 @ 25 one arm db rows 1/12 @ 15 pullovers 2/10 @ 18 " 3/10 @ rb delt pulls 3/10 back extensions...never did these on a ball b4 ..wow talk about using stablizers...tryin to stay on the freakin ball. 3/10 @ 15 db curls 1/7 @ 15 concentration curls 2/5 @ 15 " I also tried a rb(resistance bands) version of seated rows but that did work out just a s I thourgh it would. No enough resistance. Im sure if I think it over I could figure it out.

Sat 12/30
Morning 30 min stepper afternoon 3/10 pushups 3/10 @ 15 arnold press 3/5 @ 15 lat raises.....in the gym I was stuggling with 10 @ 8lbs. not going to the gym has forced me to up to 10lbs and Ill just have to fight my way to ten. 3/10 @ 25 upright rows 3/10 @ 15 flies 3/10 @ 16.5 db press..Im gonna need 20lbers soon for this 3/10 bench dips....gonna put soem weight in my lap next time 3/10 @ 20 skull crushes

wed 1/3
20 min walk 20 min stepper thurs 1/4 am 30 min stepper I dont really feel like doing anything more at this point. Things haven't been right with me this past week. I feel like Im going thru the motions without feeling anything. Im going tomorrow evening to see a doctor. I may need some grief counceling or something. Something..I dont know. I dont feel like myself. Until I feel better Ill just do my cardio....somethings better than nothing.
