Nice work though and it is nice to see the Militaries. I am going to do shoulders this am so I will be doing them too!

In Taekwondo, we call them Front Rising kicks. It is actually used in one of the Red or Brown belt forms. Not sure if they have another name...

1/10 @ 20 stqanding military press 1/8 @ 30 1/10 @ 30....I totally zoned out, was only gonna go 8..I got distracted 1/6 @ 40 1/10 @ 15 arnold press 1/8 @ 17.5 1/6 @ 20 1/10 @ 7.5 lat raises 1/8 @ 10 1/6 @ 12 1/10 @ 45 dead lifts 1/8 @ 65 1/6 @ 85 1/10 @ 70 lat pulldowns 1/8 @ 80 1/7 @ 90 1/10 @ 20 one arm db rows 1/8 @ 25 1/6 @ 30 2/10 @ 20 back extensions 1/8 @ 25 1/10 no arm arms extended Ran outta time today. Hit the nooner class at bushido. Excellent class today. top the shoulder workout with some endurance conditioning. Arms extended out in front with a bowstaff across my wrist for 5 mins. WOOOOOOO burn baby burn! Great workout this morning....Im on super charge!!!!!

OK.... OMG i had to go to the second page to find my log....
No worries! I took the weekend off. Well earned. Monday I think things will look alot different in my workout's. Not to sound superficial, but Im going home for christmas ( to Ft Lauderadale) and i want to look 100 %. I think the four day break did me alotta good. I really need to be sharp next week as I plan to be taking in two extra bushido classes. I'm testing for my orange belt on Friday. I felt so guitly but great at the same time, piging-out this weekend. ....course God knows I earned it! All and all, Great weekend! Now...... come tomorrow, ....."Nose to the grind stone" WOO HOOOOO!
