1/10 @ 140 leg press 1/8 @ 180 1/6 @ 230 1/4 @.........250 1/10 @ 20 kneeling leg curl 1/8 @ 25 1/6 @ 30.........went lite on this, ham's a still sore from earlier in the week. 1/10 @ 150 adduction.... 1/8 @ 140 1/6 @ 130 1/10 @ 130 abduction......ouch that hurt stop there. 1/10 @ 60 donkey calf raises 1/8 @ 80 1/6 @ 100 leg press is the only exercise that worked right this week up 30lbs from last week..strange.

tues 11/14
Ok.....I have had this huge fear of doing squats without a spot so Ive always used the smith machine. But recently Ive been very disappointed. SOOOO today I broke outta my comfort zone and used squat rack. I dont know what I was scared of It was really alot more comfortable. I felt more in control. 1/10 @ 45 squats 1/8 @ 55 1/6 @ 65.....I didn't go heavy till I get the swing of it. 1/10 @ 70 leg extensions 1/8 @ 75 1/6 @ 80 1/12 @ 50 alternating toes in and toes out. 1/0 @ 95 sldl 1/8 @ 105 1/6 @ 115 1/4 @ 125 1/10 @ 30 lying leg curls 1/8 @ 40 1/6 @ 45 1/10 @ 80 donkey calf raises 1/8 @ 100 1/6 @ 120 Legs were kinda weak. I think it was from all the kicking last night at bushido.
