Yesturday I felt a sore throat coming on. this morning I woke up kinda ache'in
And after my firt set today...its official ..Im sick! I couldn't handle half the weight as usuall. I think I got it hangin around on this board

1/10 @ 88 ass. pullups
1/6 @ 76
1/8 @ 100

1/6 @ 100 lat pulldowns......no way ..too weak
1/6 @ 80 still couldn't get 10
1/8 @ 70
1/12 @ 50

1/12 @ 17.5 one arm db rows
1/10 @ 17.5
1/8 @ 20
1/6 @ 22.5

1/10 back extensions
2/10 @ 10 back extesnions

1/12 @ 10 db curls
1/10 @ 12.5
1/8 @ 15

1/12 @ 10 concentration curls
1/8 @ 12.5
1/6 @ 15

1/12 @ 20 bb curls
1/10 @ 20
1/8 @ 20

this workout was exhausting. After my lat pulldowns I wanted to call it a day. But "keep on, keepin' on" I DONT WANNA BE SICK....boooohooo

edit: forgot to put in the back extensions I didn't write it down so it slipped my mind

KT, your back workout is primarily lats. like a Lat and Bi day.

chins
pulldowns
one arm rows

change it up to

chins
bent barbell rows
hyper extensions

with the ab work your doing your creating issues with your posture by having developed abs but no lower back work. the midsection needs balance so throw in a lower back exercise like deads or hypers

Another good posterior core exercise is the pullthrough - works your ass pretty well too!
It's a similar range of motion to the deadlift without so much bend in the legs & a bit more curve in the lower back at the start of the exercise.

Big Bumb^^ I missed that. This will also give you a strong core for all the throws and stuff in Bushido!

i did back extensions , but neglected to post it casue I didn't write it down at the gym. I usually do deads on back day but feeling weak I skipped it cause I didn't wanna hurt myself. I do SLDL on one leg day and good mornings on the other leg day.

I do appreciate the input cause I am often standing in the gym looking around for another exercise for lower back. You guys are the greatest, thanks!
