I hate doing Cardio which is why I take Taekwon Do. Plenty of cardio in that and when I am pushing my lawn mowers! I remember when I went to the University of MD I had to cross the campus 4 times a day. The campus is about a mile long and I had 10 minutes to get from one class to the next.

Kudos to you Sophie.
You might want to consider cutting back on your "in gym" cardio if you are walking two miles a day.

Rest is good too.

no in gym cardio for me. two miles a a VERY light walking day. today i've walked about 3.5 miles. and i'm sick so, yeah.

i didn't go to the gym yesterday, or today. i think i'm coming down with a bug. sore throat, stuffy nose, nausea, i hate dorm living.
