Started out lifting 2003, january... weight: 55kg, now february 2004, i weight 88kg. I have been training SERIUOSLY for 5 months, rest are sickness and summer vacation... i do benchpress: 85kg x 10 deadlifts: 150kg x 6 barbell row: 100kg x 6 incline bench dumbbells ( each dumb. ): 40kg x 10 flyes dumbbells ( each dumb. ): 27,5kg x 5 chest dips: bw x 20 dips: bw x 20 squats: 110kg x 10 <- been training legs 7 workouts legpress machine: 190kg x 10 military press, standing: 57,5kg x 6 small grip benchpress: 75kg x 6 preacher curls: 47,5kg x 6 April ![]() ![]() ![]() October ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() FROM FEBRUARY 2004 ![]()

thas good progress...from jan to dec...good for you...need to polish up on ur workouts...dont get me wrong or take this in a negative way...but it looks like ur neglecting some body parts...ex. arms....chest and back get big faster than arms....take a day off sometime and hit just your arms....everything else will improve too.....hope u dont take this the wrong way!

Went from 55-60kg to 80kg ( around 121lbs to 176lbs ) first/last pic My height allways been 182cm.. i dont know inches.. calc it :P Back in august-november i did a 5x5 workout program... 4 splitt with 5x5 started easy on the basics, and went some isolating ones after,, Now I do 4x6rep 4splitt: Monday ------ squats: 2x20 more ?? Tuesday ------- standing military press: 4x6 lateral raise: 4x6 45°calf press: 2x20 seated calf raise: 2x20 Thursday -------- bentover row: 3x8 deadlift: 4x6 chinups: 3xmax dips: 2xmax triceps extension: 2x8 dumbbell tricep extension: 2x8 Sunday ------ benchpress: 4x6 incline dumbbell benchpress: 3x8 incline flyes: 2x15 <- this makes me pumped barbell curl ez: 4x6 alternative dumbbell curl: 3x8 |

Damn girls.. i got woke all night slept for 4 hours... cuz thoughts in my head, now i have to go gym take back-shoulders-triceps on 4hours sleep.. that gonna hurt |
