Never thought id do it but im gunna post a pic up.
Was taken in september i think .. apologies for the a&f pose .. my gf wanted a pic sent. Weigh around 168lbs in that pic, weigh around 172lbs now, trying to get to 182lbs. Was working away from home then and didnt really have a gym for a while, been on a bulking diet since and hitting the gym 3/4 times a week but was unwell for a week or so at start of october so no major gains i wouldnt say. Thanks BG, the light probably flatters me a little. Obviously im going for a bit more mass but is there anywhere in particular you think im lagging at the mo? |
