Default plz check my form

i was doing some really heavy curls and i decided to make a video of it. i use really good, strict form with no movement in my hips. sorry the video is grainy but it was taken with a cell phone from about 20 feet away.....any advice is welcomed

Way to rock out. Swinging back and forth and practically jumping up on your toes when you move the bar really adds to the bicep pump you get too. Do those b!tches in a squat rack and take some of dat der celltek and you'll put an inch on in a week. Werd.

That is good stuff. Now, he may have been doing calf raises too so he can knock out 2 muscles groups in 1 exercise...

I saw a guy deadlifting up to a shrug then a calf raise this morning. Pretty much the most effective exercise ever.

Sounds like he was doing Clean Pulls to me.
