Hello,
Heres my situation, Ive been actively lifting weights and doing cardio for about 1 year 1/2 and I went from weighing roughly 298 to now down to 187, but my midsection isnt tightening up as i want it to....so now Im worried if i still have alot of fat surrounding my midsection, of its just excess skin, and if it is excess skin what are my options? just surgery or is there anything else i can do? abit of both in my eyes, coco butter for the stretch marks, clean diet, go for fat loss but not intense do it over a slower period of time whilst adding LMB, Try Carb cycling and also heavy abz workout Rope crunches, deadlifts and squats, to help fill out any loose skin that u have lift.
