I thought I heard that wasn't good for your back, so I've tried not to do it and just keep my body straight anyways, thanks again for the feedback bro |

Ill ck it when Im on my pc and not my phone, but tbh, it is much easier to critique when u r closer to max to spot form flaws and weaknesses.
