Default Couple of Videos

Hello,
I was just wanting to post a couple of videos on here of me deadlifting and shrugs to see if my form is ok, or i need to fix it
I have always been nervous about doing heavy back exercise, so i filmed today workout to see if im doing it ok before i start adding on heavier weight.
Also what is a good goal weight wise that i should shoot for on deadlifts and squats?
I was always told that you should be able to bench press your weight, but never did hear anything about deads and squats, i just want to set my self a goal on what i should be able to do, and what would be good weight that i could do? I weigh about 170

Deadlift

Looks ok except on your deadlift you are keeping to much weight on the front of your feet. THink about it like a reverse squat. I always think, "heels, heels, heels" and lean back like i'm pulling the weight backwards and up.

Just a heads up, nobody posts videos of shrugs. Also, you might want to check out this video on correct deadlift form.

well after watching that video link for the proper way, it looks like i am doing more of a squat style at the beginning so i guess thats something i need to work on fixing

"morph" i removed the shrugs video, i just wanted to put that on there to make sure i was doing it right, i have seen some people do a circle motion at the top, and wasnt sure what i should be doing
